So I dreamed that I went to Law School.
This was my plan, actually, if I didn't get tenure. Now I am like 'what the hell was I thinking.' LAW SCHOOL? Shyeah!
But this law school was no ordinary law school. This was based on what is called 'experience learning.'
One lesson involves a man coming up to you and saying incredibly quickly: "You have to meet Mr. Jones in the Downtown Hilton at 5 p.m. on Wed. Room 421. And be able to play the card game "The Catherine Square."
That's to see if you are paying attention at all times. The man leaves and if you don't remember what he said or research the card game, you are screwed.
Another lesson: You are a passenger in a car. You think the drivers are your fellow law students, people you trust, who you've known for quite some time. Suddenly, they leap from the driver's seat as the car careens down a hill.
Figure out what to do when in the passenger seat of a car going 75mph or die.
In other words, it is ninja law school.
Alas, real law school is not this cool. But alas, my dream is not even as cool as Palinode's dream:
