Is there some other behavioral modification technique that will make me less of a fuck up?
I tried positive reinforcement and it didn't work.

I recommend enforced behavioural adjustment to the world around you as, more often than not, the context that convinces you that fuckedupness is taking place within is due, largely, to the fuckedupness around you.
The childish retreat of 'I'm not crazy, everyone else is' is actually scarily true, though its important to 'them' that they covince you of the reverse.
It sounds a horrible thing to be thinking and feeling. I hope you're okay.

That's fascinating. I'm not sure about now, but I have learned what you say here several times and I keep forgetting it. So maybe it is true in this case as well. Thanks.
